This event is to celebrate the passage of the 19th Amendment giving women the right to vote. The event is co-hosted by the YSU Women’s Club and the Bitonte College of Health and Human Services. Come celebrate the 2020 Penguin Women on the Move – distinguished alumnae who are making a great impact in and outside of the Mahoning Valley.
