The League of Women Voters is an nonpartisan citizens’ organization that has fought since 1920 to improve our government and engage all citizens in the decisions that impact their lives. In honor of the League’s 100th year, the League of Women Voters of Greater Youngstown will recognize women of high achievement and induct them into their Hall of Fame. The selected honorees’ contributions have made significant and lasting impressions in education, social justice, civil rights, voting rights, revitalization, and the arts.
The winners of the Tessier Writing Contest will be recognized at this dinner.
