Resilience is important… but folks have been tasked with being resilient with a lot over the past three years alone. How can we best be resilient while still practicing self-care? How can we show up for each other and still show up for ourselves?
Joy King is an Advanced Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of experience in healthcare. Joy is licensed to practice in both Adult-Geriatric Primary Care and Psychiatry. She has had the opportunity to practice within the hospital and nursing home setting with several large healthcare and managed care organizations. Joy is also an APEX Award recipient for 2020 and volunteers with several community groups and organizations to help healthcare leaders bring awareness to mental health disparities throughout the Northeast Ohio region.
