We took a different approach to the Penguin Women on the Move in 2024 in order to get more student interaction with our outstanding alumnae. This year, Julie Sole (BE in Civil Engineering 2009; MBA 2019) and Stephanie Gaffney (BS in Applied Science, Civil Engineering Technology, 2000) shared their experiences of being women in STEM, both from when they were students and in their careers.
